Mô tả công việc

Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to achieve KPIs such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV) within the crypto audience.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic display, and crypto-specific channels (e.g., CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Reddit).
Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to reach crypto enthusiasts, traders, and investors effectively.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or blockchain-specific analytics platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives tailored to the crypto market (e.g., highlighting security, yield opportunities, or token utility).
Stay ahead of crypto market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to refine campaign approaches.
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and funnel strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across channels for maximum ROI.
Work closely with the product and community teams to align marketing efforts with on-chain events, token launches, or staking campaigns.

Yêu cầu

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Fluent in English.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
