Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Up to $7,000 + sign on bonus)
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns effectively.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Keep your finger on the pulse of Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
Experience in the e-commerce industry or with direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
