POSITION OVERVIEW: Senior PR & Marketing Executive will be involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote Savills Vietnam's comprehensive services in real estate industry. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research. Under the guidance and instruction of the MarCom Manager, this person is enabling to maximize the impact and the reputation of the company through the use of a range of media.
WHAT YOU'LL DO/ THE ROLE
Work closely with colleagues and company business line leaders and strong ties with Savills offices in Vietnam to update the company activities and understand the company's objectives and business strategies.
Build and maintain the relationships and contacts with new media tools and owners (websites, blogs, KOLs).
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with media outlets and journalists/ reporters in Vietnam and overseas.
Manage our media performance and maintain our positions in terms of top spokespersons, share of voice, and brand loyalty.
Arrange press conferences, news briefings, media interviews, visits and public events including the preparation of all contents with the agreement of the concerning business line leaders.
Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.
Conduct extensive research regarding the market, competitors and customer base before preparing a marketing campaign
Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed
Support the Line Manager to arrange press conferences, news briefings, media interviews, visits and other external events including the preparation of all contents with the agreement of the concerning business line leaders.
Recommend the line supervisor the best form of media for specific projects and campaigns as well as the most effective time spans and locations, presenting proposals, with media and cost schedules for final decision.
Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits.
Combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies in order to ensure the tactical campaigns reach the company target audiences as effectively as possible.
Liaise with the company business line leaders and with guidance of the Line Manager to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
Cooperate with internal designer and the company business line leaders to prepare the company brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs; supervise the quality of these products and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Support digital marketing team in writing and proofreading copy; as well as maintaining and updating customer databases.

Yêu cầu công việc
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS/ PERSONALITIES:
At least 3-year experience in PR/ Communication/ Marketing
Proficiency in written English and computer skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Good teamwork
