About the Position:
- Position: Senior Pricing Executive
- Key Responsibilities:
1) Pricing & Procurement
- Source, check, obtain and negotiate competitive rates with carriers, co-loaders, vendors, subcontractors and overseas agents to timely and effectively respond to all received forwarding inquiries.
- Develop and maintain close relationship with all stakeholders to secure space, competitive price, favorable terms and conditions for existing and new businesses.
2) Quotation & Sales Support
- Understand the customers' needs and consult customers in all logistics aspects including but not limit to HS code, product registration, import-export regulations, tax implication, custom procedures and timelines, transportation options, ocean freight, air freight.
- Timely prepare and submit sound proposals with competitive quotations for all inquiries, RFQs, tenders of existing and new potential customers following company's standard quoting procedures and templates.
- Follow-up with customers for feedback on submitted quotations; analyze P&L and cost optimization to align with customers' expectation
3) Operations and CS Support to the team
- Work closely with Forwarding team and
Business Development Team teams to ensure service feasibility, project execution as well as customer retention.
- Support team to handle new won business at the go-live phase until new business stabilization.
