Senior Product Designer (Web platform)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will pioneer the integration of system design thinking with AI orchestration to build next-generation digital experiences. Your core mission is to evolve the Mobase Design System into an AI-ready framework, architecting automated pipelines, design-to-code workflows, and AI evaluation frameworks that enable AI to generate UI/UX components directly into production-ready code.
Moving beyond traditional UI/UX design to execute this vision, you will bridge the gap between Design, AI, and Frontend Engineering to establish strict "Standards & Taste" benchmarks. By packaging these AI-driven design solutions into scalable guidelines and prompt templates, you will empower Cell Teams to self-serve and rapidly launch high-converting web utilities and cohesive marketing assets (Banners, Ads, Video, Infographics), ultimately establishing MoMo as Vietnam's #1 Financial Content Hub.
Description
1. AI Design Automation & Component-to-Code Pipeline
AI Workflow Engineering: Research, test, and implement Agentic Workflows integrating AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, internal AI agents) into daily UI/UX processes to exponentially accelerate production speed.
AI-Legible Design Systems: Structure and optimize Figma components (naming conventions, auto-layouts, variants) so AI agents can flawlessly interpret, call, and assemble them based on user prompts.
Component-to-Code Translation: Build automated Design-to-Code pipelines capable of translating prompts, wireframes, design artifacts, and AI-generated layouts into clean, scalable frontend code using MoBase UI.
2. System Standardization & Asset Guidelines (Web & Marketing)
Evolution of Mobase v2: Co-create and maintain the next iteration of MoMo's design system, ensuring components are highly modular, logical, and optimized for code-generation tools.
Multi-format Guideline Architecture: Formulate strict visual standards, design tokens, and prompt templates for scalable marketing assets, including performance Banners, Ads, Infographics, and short-form videos.
Design-as-a-Service Framework: Package guidelines and automated pipelines into intuitive internal tools, enabling Product Managers and Cell Teams to build fast while maintaining absolute brand consistency.
Requirements
1. Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5-6 years in Product Design, UI/UX, or Digital Creative roles.
Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience applying AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora/Luma, etc.) to optimize professional workflows.
2. Essential skills:
AI-Native Workflow Mastery: Expert at coordinating multiple AI tools to produce finished products from text to visual and video.
Design-to-Code Fluency: Ability to rapidly prototype ideas in Figma and independently translate them into production-grade interfaces using AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor, Claude, v0, Figma Make, etc.).
Conceptual Scriptwriting: Strong ability to structure narratives and build content frameworks.
High Aesthetic Standards: A refined "Taste" for design and the ability to set strict quality benchmarks for AI outputs.
3. Mindset:
Impact-Driven: Prioritizes business results and "Build Fast" execution over rigid, traditional processes.
Flexible & Scale-Oriented: Adapts quickly to new technologies to solve problems for thousands of partners and merchants.
