Senior Product Designer

The Product Design team plays an important role in creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across Vingroup's ecosystem including consumer applications, internal products, and digital platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Business stakeholders, Engineers, and Data teams, the Product Designer team transforms user needs and business goals into seamless digital experiences.
This role offers an opportunity to design products at scale, influence strategic product decisions, and contribute directly to experiences used by millions of users.
Position Responsibilities
Own end-to-end UX/UI design process from problem definition, research, ideation, wireframes, user flows, to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business teams, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered solutions.
Support user research and usability testing and analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
Design visually consistent and scalable interfaces aligned with Design System standards.
Participate in defining and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best UX practices throughout product development.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
Support and mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing (Senior level).
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design approaches.
Qualifications / Professional Competencies / Experience Requirements
Experience:
Middle: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Senior: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with experience leading projects or mentoring designers.
Experience designing complex digital products such as Super Apps, Fintech, E-commerce, Mobility, SaaS, or large-scale platforms is a strong plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam or similar platforms.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Experience with Design Systems and component-based design.
Familiarity with usability testing methods and research techniques.
Understanding of responsive design and platform guidelines (iOS, Android, Web).
Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows or AI products is a plus.
