VCS need a specialist who studies consumer preferences, economic circumstances, and other factors to predict potential sales of a product or service.
A key member helps businesses understand customer needs and determine the prices consumers are ready to pay for various competing offers.
2. Responsibilities:
Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Studies consumer preferences, economic circumstances, and other factors to predict potential sales of a product or service.
Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
Helps the Product Team understand customer needs and determine the prices consumers are ready to pay for various competing offers.
Validating the Product & Customer Hypothesis to drive the Product & Customer Success.
Involved in a product's entire life cycle, from the initial stages of research and development to the point of product launching and beyond.
Collaborating with other team members both internal and external to get the job done.

Skills and qualifications:
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Great capacity to understand and relay complex data across industries
Comprehensive knowledge of probability & statistics
Advanced computer literacy skills and a facility with search engines and web analytics
Super ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IELTS 6.5 or above / TOEIC 800 or above.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
2. Preferred qualifications
Experience working as a market research analyst or in a similar role.
However, a candidate for a market research analyst's role can have a background in business administration, mathematics, statistics, or social sciences, such as sociology or psychology.
Knowledge of Market Research Framework.
Expertise in popular market research methodologies.
Familiarity using customer relationship management software such as Salesforce
Demonstrated success predicting market trends.
Insatiable curiosity for digging into data and gaining market insights.
Passion for statistical research and analysis.
Experience working with large markets, global markets or working at an agency is an advantage.
