Buzz It, launched in partnership with Southeast Asia's leading loyalty platform Buzzebees, is a full end-to-end loyalty solution. We build the front end, design customized programs, integrate systems, and deliver rewards. Under Buzz It sits our Rewards Hub infrastructure - a flexible engine that helps clients seamlessly distribute rewards directly to their customers.
In late 2026 we're launching Zalo Gift, Vietnam's first person-to-person social gifting platform. It lets anyone send gifts and treats anytime, directly online - bringing digital gifting into everyday social interactions.

II. What you need to do
About the Role
The Senior Product Owner is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of product initiatives from roadmap planning to implementation and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and create measurable value for both customers and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of product initiatives from planning, execution, launch, to post-launch enhancement.
- Translate product roadmap into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive project governance by monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and communicating project status.
- Facilitate requirement clarification, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and change management activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and implementation efficiency.
- Track project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards.
III. What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles in a technology environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with digital products or technology platforms.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
