Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients. Digitalizing gift solutions to meet diverse needs: attractive campaigns, partner gifts, agent compensation, client acquisition, promotional gifts, employee care,...

Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty.

Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet the diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, integrating systems, and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you need to do

About the Role

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for leading end-to-end execution of product initiatives from roadmap planning to implementation and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product projects are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and create measurable value for both customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own the delivery of product initiatives from planning, execution, launch, to post-launch enhancement.

Translate product roadmap into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Drive project governance by monitoring progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and communicating project status.

Facilitate requirement clarification, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and change management activities.

Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and implementation efficiency.

Track project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions meet business goals and quality standards.

III. What you should have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles in a technology environment.

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Experience working with digital products or technology platforms.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
