Senior Production Controller

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields
EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing costing
- Practical experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably M3, SAP, or Oracle)
LANGUAGES
Fluent English (written and spoken)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Solid understanding of BOM structure, costing, and production processes
- High attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Ability to handle high workload
- Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
- Continuous improvement mindset
