Senior Project Manager (Creative-related projects)

1) Project management:
Manage project scopes and overviewing projects' deliveries and performance on a daily basis, in close collaboration with service delivery teams
Manage project budgets including billable hours and external costs, and responsible for timely invoicing
Prepare and update project documents/materials, timeframe, minutes of meetings, status reports, etc.
Conduct a post-project review and responding to notifications to ensure all jobs are on track and well-noticed by all related stakeholders
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings
Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and notified across team's members and direct leaders
2) Leadership:
Be responsible to allocate tasks and manage assigned PM team members within projects
Offer training and mentoring to members to ensure they are qualified and adaptable in managing multiple projects, in close collaboration with the PM team lead.
Collaborate closely with the team leads and relevant stakeholders to enhance workflows and improve collaboration with cross-functional teams.
