About the Role
Step into the future of Quality Engineering. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to design scalable automation frameworks and pioneer AI-augmented testing practices across web, mobile, and API platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Framework Architecture: Design and optimize automated testing frameworks for Web, Mobile, and APIs using Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Karate, or Katalon.
AI-Augmented QA: Accelerate test scripting, test case generation, and defect analysis using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, GenAI/LLMs).
End-to-End Quality Strategy: Drive test planning, execution, bug tracking, and complex SQL/database validations within Agile sprints.
CI/CD Integration: Embed automated test suites into DevOps pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Technical Leadership: Guide test strategy, mentor junior QA engineers, and champion quality best practices.
Qualifications
7+ years in Software Testing, with 3+ years in a Senior/Lead Automation role.
Strong programming foundation in JavaScript (mandatory); Python is a plus.
Hands-on mastery of API testing (Postman, REST APIs) and relational database/SQL testing.
Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted developer tools (Copilot, Cursor) to optimize automation scripts.
Bonus: Performance testing (JMeter, k6) or Data/AI pipeline testing.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent; fluent English communication.

Pay: Up to 75,000,000₫ per month
