About you:
As Senior QA Engineer you'll be the quality conscience of the team - embedded in delivery, close to the code, and accountable for making sure what we ship is genuinely ready.
This isn't a role at the end of the pipeline. You'll be involved from the start of feature work, shaping how we think about risk, building automation that gives the team real confidence, and helping define what "done" actually means.
Day-to-day, you will:
Own the QA strategy and quality standards across the FastTrack SaaS platform, covering functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Design, build, and maintain reliable automated testing frameworks while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate test creation and improve coverage.
Drive quality from the start by reviewing requirements, identifying risks and edge cases early, and ensuring clear, testable acceptance criteria.
Lead quality improvement through production monitoring, meaningful quality metrics, technical QA leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
5+ years of QA engineering experience in SaaS environments, with a proven track record of owning and driving product quality at a senior level.
Strong hands-on test automation expertise, including building and maintaining frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
Solid technical understanding of APIs, databases, infrastructure, and full-stack systems to effectively test complex applications.
Experience with AI-assisted testing, risk-based testing approaches, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
