As part of our Asia Quality team, this role will report to our Manager in Quality and play an important part to ensure our suppliers' production process and product quality are in compliant with the required standards.
How will you create impact?
• Identify product safety and potential compliance issue at early stage.
• Drive high product quality to win positive customer review comments.
• Provide input for Product Qualification Plan (PQP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) revision.
• Prepare Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection Specification (IS) for each product.
• Follow up product debug and qualification test.
• Conduct Artwork Graphic review.
• On-site support Production Polit line and review/validate check points.
• Cooperate with SQE for Root cause analysis and corrective action plan (RCCP).
• Follow up new regulation update, product impact and implementation.
• Conduct new factory assessment.
• Support Quality Manager to train and coach Junior QE and or QE.
• May lead a team of QE/Junior QE for quality task on new product quality development and improvement.
Yêu cầu
Required Skill Set
• Able to use some of quality tools, such as 8D, Cpk, FMEA, GR&R, etc.
• Good project management skill.
• Good English skill, both of writing and speaking.
• Good computer skill, i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Colleague Degree above.
• At least 5 years working experience.
• Familiar with international toy/sports product safety standard (physical, electrical & chemical such s ASTMF963, EN71, ISO 8124, EN62115, FCC, RED, etc.)
• Good experience in production processes and quality control for plastic, electronic, fabric, etc.
• Strong communication skills and coordination competency to work with team.
