Mô tả công việc

- Manage and ensure all the new product portfolio complied with regulations (Vietnam, Southeast Asia, Europe, America); including health claims, nutritional facts on the label, food additives compliance. He/She is the key point contact of NPD, Export sales and Supply Chain in terms of NPD regulatory compliance.
- Monitor updated Food regulatory affairs and provide/ update regulatory guidance to functional departments or development project teams.
- Lead, research, prepare, and submit documents for promulgation, particularly in food supplement, dietary supplement, and functional food. In general, she/he will manage scientific evidence and nutrient compliance and communicate with local authorities to successfully submit documents for commercialization.
- Lead, research, prepare, and submit documents for promulgation, particularly in imported products, to succeed in commercialisation in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with the Legal Team/QA in case documents are submitted to local authorities.
- Consult delivering claims and selling stories from MKT/Communication before releasing to customers.
- Coordinate with NPD/RD/QA departments regarding new product development from concepts to launching for health claims & nutrition complaints.

Yêu cầu

-Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology
- Strong proven experience in Quality Regulatory Compliance, especially for food supplement, functional foods, and Health supplement; at least 4 years of experience.
- Strong proven knowledge in food regulation in Vietnam and other markets are advantegeous.
- Experience in working with government, local authorities is preferred.
- Skills: open mindset, can-do attitude, problem-solving and familar work in the international companies.
