senior retail Marketing Executive

• Implement route to market marketing strategies & action plans given by marketing manager to improve center's perfomance, including traffic of new-to-find customers and maximize ticket value/order in center.
• Be responsible for consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by region/city/store
• Coordinate, organize and ensure implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction.
• POSM planning to implementation to ensure visibility of centers and campaigns
• Assist in the development of the commerical/push-sale program
• Reviews store KPIs on a regular basis and adapt actions accordingly.
• Understand local and key international competitors
• Understand the different stages and elements in the brand planning process and support the implementation of the plans.
• Build close relationships with local teams and multi-tasking
• Manage CRM - collects shopper observations from their center operation and BI analysis to define actions that will attract new customers and old customers more often.
• Be able to identify ways to change specific shopper behaviour and exploit direct marketing techniques in store and with the staff to drive increased sales.
