(Senior) Ruby on Rails Software Engineer

As part of our Product and Development team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our financial management application.
Your responsibilities will include
Evolving, restructuring, and overseeing our applications
Contributing to the deployment of our production systems
Improving the performance, stability, and scalability of our systems
Ensuring the smooth operation of billing, payment consolidation, and the quality of our financial reporting and statistics
Collaborating with partner teams in a multicultural environment
Proposing new technical or functional ideas
Technology environment: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Memcache, ElasticSearch, Linux, Azure
Your Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, particularly on SaaS solutions and APIs
Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and SQL
Solid knowledge of development best practices, including SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code
Experience with automated testing using RSpec
In-depth knowledge of web service protocols, including REST and SOAP
Proven experience in managing and monitoring production environments
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues with effective communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
