SUMMARY:
The Sales Admin is responsible for supporting and coordinating with the requirements of the sales team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate with various functional teams to deploy collaborative products onto the MFast platform seamlessly.
- Monitor sales performance and oversee the operational aspects of collaborative projects with partners.
- Recommend tailored sales processes and policies for each collaborative product.
- Communicate policies effectively and provide user support on policy-related inquiries.
- Act as a primary point of contact between partners and MFast users regarding procedural, product, and system-related matters.
- Develop customized reports based on specific criteria: products, sales models, and pertinent business metrics for individual projects.
- Consistently track key business metrics and drive sales initiatives to stimulate revenue growth, suggesting adjustments when needed.
- Engage directly with user teams to offer timely support on operational queries, product insights, policy clarifications, and more.
- Assist in providing appropriate sales tools aligned with each unique sales model.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a consumer finance company or in any industry as a Sales Admin.
- Strong understanding of consumer finance and banking industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Advanced in professional report skills
- Good communication.
- Ability to handle work under pressure
- Cooperative and supportive attitude
- Ability to work on-site (fulltime)
