Inbound: Convert & Close Marketing-Generated Leads
Receive and manage inbound leads from Marketing channels (campaigns, events, digital...)
Qualify leads effectively, identify real needs, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Conduct consultative selling: deeply understand client pain points, map needs with tailored solutions (SAAS, Management, Operation consulting)
Deliver compelling product demos, proposals, and solution presentations to decision-makers
Drive deal progression and handle objections to maximize conversion rate
Own the full sales cycle from lead => opportunity => closed deal
Outbound: Drive New Business Growth (Hunting Leads)
Activate and manage affiliate and partnership channels to generate qualified opportunities
Leverage existing networks (associations, partners, client referrals) to initiate warm outbound conversations
Design and host targeted networking formats (roundtables, coffee talks, small-scale events) to engage decision-makers
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects
Target:
- Revenue in month, quarter,
- Quantity Deals, New Big Accounts.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Proven track record of generating new business opportunities independently (beyond inbound leads)
Experience working with partnership, affiliate, or referral channels is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience organizing or facilitating client-facing events or networking activities is a plus
Solid understanding of enterprise operations and business dynamics
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with patience and persistence
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
Preferred Backgrounds:
SaaS, fintech, or B2B service companies
Agency or OOH backgrounds with strong hunting and partnership experience
Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients

Location: Jasmine1 Hado Centrosa, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Monday - Friday (full-time), Saturday (half-day).
