• Job Title: Key Account Manager

• Reporting To: Country Head of Bellamy Vietnam
Core Job Objective
In line with the company's existing national general agent and distributor cooperation model, focus on full-process service and support for key account channels, assist national distributors in promoting business implementation and performance improvement; independently and rapidly develop medical channels and establish a complete cooperation system; expand other high-quality KA channels based on personal resources, accelerate the company's business transformation from scattered small and medium-sized store-driven to key account-driven, and boost the brand's channel upgrading and scale growth in the Vietnamese market.
Main Job Responsibilities
1. Key Account Channel Service and Development
◦ Responsible for full-process services of core key account channels, liaise with key customer decision-makers, efficiently respond to demands, follow up orders, resolve cooperation issues, and ensure smooth channel operation.
◦ Fully assist national distributors in promoting the implementation of key account business, including policy transmission, promotion activity execution, terminal empowerment, payment collection follow-up and other collaborative work, to help achieve channel performance targets.
◦ Independently develop other high-quality KA channels in Vietnam (such as chain supermarkets, top maternal and child chains) based on own high-quality customer resources, and optimize the key account channel layout.
2. Independent Development and Operation of Medical Channels
◦ Independently take charge of the overall development of medical channels, quickly connect with hospitals, maternal and child health centers, confinement centers, specialty pharmacies and other related maternal and child health institutions to explore cooperation opportunities.
◦ Lead the whole process of business negotiation, cooperation model finalization and qualification access, and quickly establish a compliant and implementable medical channel cooperation system to realize the zero-to-one breakthrough of the channel.
◦ Be responsible for daily maintenance, business review and in-depth relationship management of medical channels, continuously promote channel sales growth, and create a new business growth engine.
3. Business Coordination and Data Reporting
◦ Cooperate efficiently with national distributors, internal marketing, supply chain and other teams, synchronize channel demands and business progress, and ensure coordinated product supply and market support.
◦ Regularly report the progress of key account services, medical channel development results, performance data and market competitor dynamics to the Country Head, and put forward reasonable optimization suggestions.
◦ Complete other channel development and customer management related tasks assigned by superiors.
Work Location: Flexibility to be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, depending on company arrangements
Yêu cầu
Industry Experience: Possess relevant sales experience in infant milk powder, dairy products or maternal and child FMCG industry; familiarity with distributor cooperation model is preferred
