* Job Summary
- Leads the development and ensures implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
* Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of Targets/KPIs:
+ Develop customer plans to meet KPIs for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
+ Discuss with customers about the monthly/ yearly plan to ensure achieving Target/KPIs
+ Tracking order progress of POs with LWD team, checking pending orders/Delivery plans, pushing sales in/out.
+ Work closely & effectively with KA Operation teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume.
+ Strenghthen & develop customer business relationship
+ Responsible for key account customer's P&L, developing key account customer strategy and annual business plan.
+ Half year business review with key customers/ annual business review with customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyze/ review customer's volume/ margin, dealing trading term.
+ Negotiate with customers for customized plan to win in market place (forward stock/ promotion/ visibility booking/ inventory/ etc).
+ Responsible for the execution of the Channel/ Category plans at the POP (Cycle Plan from ICP). Support the development of Field Sales and Channel/ Category Plans by providing feedback on the cycle plan activities execution for the group of stores/channel.
+ Build proper proposals for effectively visibility/ branding/ display by account to enhance brand image & gain share.
+ Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Budget Spending,Trade policy, Trade Terms,
- Develop & win new business
+ Identify & approach new business opportunities: new product listing/ new distribution/ new customers.
+ Implement strategy of Key Account, Vending Machine, and On-premise channels.
Yêu cầu
* Job Requirements
- BA degree in Business Aministration or related.
- At least 5 years of Key Account/ On-premise Sales and/ or Marketing experience in FMCG companies.
- Customer business analysis/management, Food & Beverage Category/ Channel, Program execution management, Direct sales. Strong net working in Key Accounts customer, proven capability in accquiring and developing important and large accounts & On-premise channels.
- Good at Excel/Word/Powerpoint, understand & could work with system (DMS/ SAP).
- Good communication, negotiation, can handle multi-tasks and ad-hoc issues.
- Hard working, can work under high pressure & having teamwork spirit.
- Good skill of Analysis & Planning and problem solving.
- Quick learning & able to adapt with changes.
- Good commands of English communication & presentation
