The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Principal Functions and Accountabilities:
• Proactively identify and approach Owners,
Designers, Architects, Main Contractors, and ME Contractors involved in Cleanroom, Coldroom, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to generate project leads and secure specifications.
• Work closely with project teams from early design phase to post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive and achieve individual sales targets through strategic planning, effective execution, and client relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and products.
• Monitor the full project life cycle - from initiation to final handover.
• Collaborate in resolving customer concerns with support from internal departments.
• Represent Metecno with professionalism and passion at all times.
