The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Principal Functions and Accountabilities:
• Proactively identify and approach Owners,
Designers, Architects, Main Contractors, and ME Contractors involved in Cleanroom, Coldroom, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to generate project leads and secure specifications.
• Work closely with project teams from early design phase to post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive and achieve individual sales targets through strategic planning, effective execution, and client relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and products.
• Monitor the full project life cycle - from initiation to final handover.
• Collaborate in resolving customer concerns with support from internal departments.
• Represent Metecno with professionalism and passion at all times.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications requirement
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (construction, building materials, or engineering preferred)
• Experience in selling building materials or solutions to pharmaceutical factories, cleanrooms, or other controlled environments is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, achieve targets, and manage client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
Skills required:
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, mature, and results-oriented - thrives in a performance-based environment
• Computer literacy - good at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good command of English - both written and spoken
• Confident and proactive - not afraid to challenge ideas or propose better solutions
• Willing to take ownership and accept responsibility for outcomes
