• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Cosmetic & Personal Care Ingredients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cosmetic and personal care manufacturers.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support on ingredients and their applications.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote new ingredient solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage pricing, and ensure profitable growth.
