Who are we looking for in this role?
● You will be naturally curious with a passion for travel and exploration beyond the everyday trends, always on the hunt for the next best experience to create for our guests.
● You will be confident in communicating ideas and working collaboratively in a small team but equally at home holding a call with international guests and agents.
● You will already have luxury travel experience in Vietnam, Cambodia and ideally Thailand and Laos.
● You will be an Ambassador for Smiling Albino and will need to possess the same values that we hold dear to our company culture, namely generosity, integrity and collaboration.
● You will be based in Vietnam either in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City but may from time to time be asked to travel to our HQ in Bangkok, Thailand.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
● Deep Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand destination knowledge & ideally personal travel experience in these countries
● Customer-oriented approach and enjoy customer interaction
● Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients
● At least 3 years experience as a luxury travel consultant
● Native level fluency in spoken & written English
● Be systems oriented
● Ability to deal with pressure and quick turnaround times
● Deep Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand destination knowledge & ideally personal travel experience in these countries
