Mô tả công việc
- Carry out sales and servicing activities to reach assigned business target, including but not limited to introducing insurance products to client, making renewal and new quotation, supporting client with all concerning questions/ procedures;
- Approaching new clients, cross-selling to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge;
- Develop new business and new project as assigned;
- Be responsible for all servicing activities to be regularly and effectively done (by arranging call/email/visit, timely consultancy);
- Follow up premium payment to ensure that premium is collected fully and timely;
- Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation to clients;
- Cooperate with other departments to implement sales & servicing related tasks, including but not limited to risk survey, underwriting referral, Claim procedure and settlement.
- Other tasks as required by the job and/or assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
* Requirement:
- Education: University graduated
- Experience: have at least 2-3 years working experience in Sales/Business development. Having experience in financial industry is a plus.
- Foreign language: Fluent English (both verbal & written) is a must
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Other skills: Good presentation, negotiation, problem solving and sales skills
- Characteristics: Being service-minded & able to work under pressure, high responsibility, positive thinking
* Salary package: Negotiable. Attractive salary based on the ability & performance.
* Working conditions:
Working location: 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
Transportation (company car & taxi) for outside assignment
* Expected start working date: ASAP
