Market Development: Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities in assigned global markets.
Account Management: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing overseas customers through responsive and proactive commercial support.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate closely with Technical, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product specifications, pricing, lead times, and shipment requirements are strictly met.
Business Travel & Exhibitions: Support and participate in overseas business trips, international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer on-site visits when required.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Keep an accurate sales pipeline, maintain comprehensive customer records, and prepare activity reports for management review.
Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer trends to actively support and optimize sales strategies.
Target Achievement: Work closely with the Export
Sales Manager and relevant departments to achieve assigned sales targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, export sales, or
business development. (Experience in the wood furniture manufacturing industry is highly preferred).
Core Competencies: Good understanding of export workflows, international customer communication protocols, and commercial follow-up procedures.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Tools: Proficient command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Key Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly target-driven.
Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and trade exhibitions when needed.
