Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness
• Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis
• Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month
• Plan active site inspections/entertainment meetings weekly basis to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
• Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
• Prepare monthly action plan for the main market segment
• Perform monthly review account profile on room night production and average rate
• Monitor competitors' rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Fully responsible for accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profiles and renewing contracts
• Update management on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly
• Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel
• Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
• Understands the overall market of each hotel - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Gains understanding of the location's primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions.
• Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Services our customers in order to grow their share of the account.
• Executes and supports customer service standards.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Update Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads.

• University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Has a well developed network of local and international accounts.
• Excellent command of English
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Has a well developed network of local and international accounts.
• Excellent command of English
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
