The position involves overseeing various aspects of Sales Strategy Team, including but not limited to GTM, Business Solutions, Business Development, Customer Channel Development, Sales Capability, and Net revenue management.
Description
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies, both direct and indirect, by aligning business objectives with sales targets.
* Analyse sales reports to identify trends and key issues, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
* Review and evaluate new sales models to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Manage sales budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
* Plan and lead the execution of customer and channel development activities, including necessary activities for category development and developing channel strategies to ensure effectiveness of customer-focused programs.
* Enable sales strategies with systems and processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency of sales teams.
* Lead revenue management by building revenue strategy, reviewing and approving quarterly plans for pricing, mixed management, and trade spend.
* Leverage resources from the market to support revenue management agenda.
* Develop a capability strategy for sales at all levels, facilitate key training's for sales management team to build capabilities and sales future leaders that enable the sales team to achieve targets.
* Collaborate with HRBP to build the talent pipeline for sales and to drive follow-up in IDP for talent development with regards to functional capability.
* Oversee total sales performance by analyzing monthly performance and working with relevant departments to drive faster, stronger, better sales strategies through sales force capability and performance.
* Ensure the sales strategy is executed effectively in all channels to drive sales performance.
* Maintain a physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and highlight areas of improvement.
* Work with relevant departments in sales and cross-functions to solve problems effectively to ensure high performance is achieved.
* Perform control roles and responsibilities in accordance with company accountability model.
* Support process owners in driving the company's agenda.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* At least 10 years of experience in sales strategy development and execution
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
