Senior Sales Performance Analyst - Lending Vertical works in close collaboration with the Lending Vertical Manager to drive performance and growth of the lending business at Be Group. This role sits at the intersection of data,
business development, product, and partner management through rigorous analysis and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop the performance reporting framework for the Lending Vertical, covering
disbursement, approval rate, traffic, and portfolio metrics across all lending partners
• Analyze the full lending funnel (application → approval → disbursement → usage) to identify
conversion gaps, drop-off points, and optimization opportunities; present findings with clear
recommendations to the Vertical Manager
• Provide data on credit score performance and support the Vertical Manager's discussions with
Data Science teams on model calibration and cut-off adjustments
• Track campaign performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, cost per loan) and provide data-
driven analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future campaign strategy
• Conduct financial reconciliation with lending partners on a periodic basis to ensure accuracy and
consistency of shared data
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses as requested by the Vertical Manager to support product, credit policy, or
commercial decisions
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in fintech, consumer lending, banking, business intelligence, or strategy consulting and familiar with consumer lending concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellence in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI platforms).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across multiple departments
• Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving KPI targets
