Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for the assigned tasks as an Executive assistant, under the leadership, guidance and coaching of the EA team leader.
1. Proof-read, translate, review and prepare proposals/contracts/financial statements and other related deliverables.
2. Translate other documents in accounting/auditing/finance fields and other technical documents as required.
3. Provide assistance to Partner/Director in terms of:
• Managing client portfolio; working schedule, and logistics/admin work.
• Preparing working/meeting materials and reports as required.
• Coordinating with various engagement teams in different projects
4. Support in bidding process.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by EA Team leader.

Yêu cầu

1. University degree with preferable major in English Language, Business or Finance
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
3. Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently
4. Attention to details, self-management and supervisory skills
5. Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
6. PC literate and proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
