About The Job
In this role you will provide technical advice and expertise, to support ongoing delivery at agreed service levels for many technology systems that deliver security technology controls, including (but not limited to) Symantec DLP, Microsoft Cloud Access Security, Zscaler DLP, CoSoSys Endpoint Protector. This includes development, support, maintenance and service recovery functions for those systems, across hardware, OS, application, policy and endpoint support as well as aspects of capacity and planning.
Key Responsibilities
• (50%) Design, Build, Deploy, Configure and Document DLP Technologies across multiple environments
• (20%) Provide "business-as-usual" technology management and support functions associated with several complex security technology systems
• (10%) Perform problem diagnosis and utilise technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems that are technical in nature, and contribute to remediation and recovery activities
• (10%) Perform on-call and after-hours support where required
• (10%) Report to the Platform Manager regarding technology system status and posture

Yêu cầu
• Working in a Large Enterprise (more than 10,000 users)
• Working within a formal service management framework (eg. change and incident management)
• Working in an environment with a mix of internal and 3rd party technical support teams
• Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field
• Related Cybersecurity certifications
