We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Social Executive to plan & execute social campaigns that drive meaningful brand connections and business growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Content Planning & Execution
Support the development and execution of monthly social content plans across key social platforms.
Develop content ideas, angles and formats based on target audiences and communication objectives.
Write and adapt content across social formats, including social posts, captions, short-form video scripts, carousels, infographics, and other digital assets.
Ensure content is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and aligned with agreed communication objectives.
2. Social Community & Audience Engagement
Monitor audience comments, questions, and conversations across social platforms.
Support the team in coordinating timely and appropriate responses to audience inquiries.
Identify recurring audience questions, interests, and conversations to generate content insights.
Support community engagement, social seeding, and outreach activities when required.
3. Social Performance & Reporting
Monitor key social metrics including reach, engagement, video views, traffic, follower growth, and content performance.
Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly social reports.
Identify key learnings from content performance and contribute recommendations for future content planning.
For Senior level: Provide more proactive analysis and recommendations to optimize content topics, formats, messaging, and execution.
Promotion path: Senior Social Executive / Associate Social Manager
Report to: Social Manager
KEY EXPECTATIONS
Strong social content writing and storytelling skills.
Ability to understand B2B and business-oriented audiences and translate complex topics into accessible, engaging social content.
Strong research, trend-spotting and content ideation capabilities.
Good understanding of social platforms and content performance metrics.
Proactive coordination and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Social
Preferably in an agency setting, with additional expertise in digital marketing, B2B/eCommerce/Corporate is a plus.
Good data analysis skills.
Good strategic thinking with an understanding of brand and campaign objectives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Open to learning new trends, formats, and AI-supported tools.
