Senior Software Engineer

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, or Platform Development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one language: Golang, Java, Python, or [protected info]
- Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
AI & Data Engineering
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Generative AI / LLM applications
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- AI Evaluation or AI Guardrails
- Data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and inference
- Good understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning fundamentals and AI system architecture.
Platform & Infrastructure
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of event-driven systems, messaging queues, and system scalability is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience with AI platform development, model serving, MLOps, or open-source LLMs.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Experience in AI safety, content moderation, evaluation, or model optimization is a strong advantage.
