What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
Leading parts of the product development from inception to launch, and own large parts of the product and its features.
Working closely with our product and design teams to build high quality products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our customers, in a very iterative fashion.
Write clean, scalable code while driving the architecture and technical design of our most critical products to build intuitive frontend & backend features.
Plan and execute features with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent product quality.
Architecting, building, testing, and releasing features with the highest quality.
Share constructive feedback with peers while growing through mentorship.
What do I need? 🤓
Industry Experience - 5 years in a software engineering role, preferably in a SaaS product environment, with a demonstrated impact on product development and team success.
Problem-solving skills - Possess a strong aptitude for tackling complex technical challenges, from high-level architectural design down to intricate implementation details. Adept at identifying root causes, evaluating solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
Programming Expertise - Deep proficiency in at least one high-level language (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.). You can quickly adapt to new technologies or introduce better ways of working.
Frontend Knowledge - Solid understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React, [protected info], Svelte, or Angular (React preferred).
Cloud & Infrastructure - Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or similar. Bonus: Hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems.
Fast Learner - Willingness to quickly adopt and work with new technologies.
Product & UX Focus - You care about more than just code. You understand product, user experience, and design, proactively spotting and acting on opportunities for improvement.
