Job overview
We are seeking a Senior SRE / Platform Engineer to build, secure, and operate the infrastructure supporting our enterprise AI Agent Platform.
You will own the reliability, infrastructure automation, and operational security of Platform Core and Platform Console, collaborating with corporate Infrastructure, IAM, Security Operations, and application teams.
Your challenge: Deliver a secure, resilient, enterprise-ready platform while automating the complex security, deployment, and operational processes that typically slow down large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Infrastructure: Design and operate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, runtime environments, and Infrastructure as Code.
Enterprise Production Readiness: Navigate infrastructure provisioning, network configuration, security assessments, deployment approvals, and operational acceptance across corporate teams.
Security Operations (SecOps): Implement security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, security incident response, access reviews, and operational security controls for platform-owned systems.
DevSecOps: Automate security scanning, configuration validation, infrastructure hardening, secrets management, encryption, and KMS integration.
Reliability Engineering: Define and implement SLOs, monitoring, incident management, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
Observability & Audit: Establish actionable metrics, logs, traces, security events, and audit evidence while protecting sensitive customer data.
Operational Automation: Reduce manual operations through automated provisioning, deployment, monitoring, remediation, and AI-assisted engineering.
Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Corporate Security Operations, IAM, and Infrastructure teams to resolve security issues, operational dependencies, and production blockers.
