Responsibilities
Manage team of Network Planner, Network Engineers and Network
Designers. Foster team empowerment, well-being, and development through coaching, feedback, and career conversations.
Establish direction, strategy, and goals for the team, aligned with partners and stakeholders.
Drive execution, mitigate risks, develop contingencies etc.
Responsible for managing planning queues, running simulations, publishing plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment across various disciplines for plan publications. Drive requirements and automation for Plan Publication and verification.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
3 years of experience managing and building teams.
Experience with planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in Network Planning.
10 years of experience managing and building teams.
Experience defining, planning and designing networks (Layer 1-3) across multiple sites and products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
