Senior Strategic Planning Executive

What You'll Do
Report to Strategic Planning Manager / Head of Strategic Planning on strategic deliverables to deliver the client's marketing/communication objectives
Devise digital/social / influencer / IMC communication plans and be able to lead the strategic part during the pitching process
Confidently consult and grow intern/ junior planners in the team
Hands-on with the research and digital analytics tools to bring an understanding of the market, category, and consumers to develop strategic insights
Contribute to new initiatives beyond the assigned tasks
Drive the creative team and the output with integrated communication plans
Integrate with the agency's culture - principles and philosophy and apply it in everyday work

Who You Are
A recognized University Degree
Excellent communication skills in English.
At least 2 years of qualified strategic planning experience. An addition of 0.5-1 year of the same position is preferred
Someone who loves challenges and is committed to exploring, gathering, and defining the insights
Has a strong logical and creative mindset to come up with strategic plans & creative inspiration
Someone who is excited about Marketing Technology
Has a good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
A team-player, highly motivated, and committed
