Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Senior Strategy Planner (Advertising & Communications, $1150, ID 21406)
Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies to drive brand growth and business performance.
Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify customer insights and business opportunities.
Analyze client briefs, identify core business challenges, and recommend strategic solutions.
Develop strategic plans, communication plans, and campaign plans tailored to each project.
Define campaign objectives, key messaging, customer journeys, and channel strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
Prepare proposals and presentation materials, and actively participate in client pitches.
Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing approaches to provide strategic recommendations.
Act as a strategic consultant for clients while mentoring junior planners and supporting team capability development.
Requirement
Gender: Male/Female, Age: 25-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Have 5 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing strategy, or equivalent roles - ideally within the advertising and media industry - or in sectors such as e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or at companies with strong branding and communications operations.
