ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging monthly factory production schedule in according to master demand planning.
- Production capacity planning analysis, understand how to balance production capacity for production line at the supplier factory
- Deploy monthly production schedule into weekly & daily production orders, release and distribute production orders to the supplier factory. Make sure all released production orders have materials ready and available and meet ETD schedule.
- Weekly comparing actual production output to planned production output. Identify any impact to plan, create a report to NA supply team, copy to master planner.
- Organize weekly production planning meeting, review current week new orders implementation.
- Coordinate with master planner any change request for order implementation including time and volume variance.
- Support master planner to meet on- time customer delivery target, review order history of customers, forecasting potential increase from customers.

- Business sense to work with customer, factories
- Ability to summarize to make complicated things simple.
- Import&export knowledge will help you to learn fast.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Above college degree, major in business administration or engineering or close.
- 6+ years above working experience of production planning management in manufacturing industry.
- A good knowledge and experience of ERP applications, such as SAP, Oracle mfg/pro and so on but Oracle is preference.
- A certain knowledge and experience of capacity analysis and planning.
- Good coordination ability in people communications, motivating, team work, and problem solving.
- Excellent in focusing on detail and professional approach in timely implementation of production orders.
- Good written and spoken English is preference.
- Familiar with Word, Excel and Power point application.
