Mô tả công việc
- Operation system infrastructure (of both Data Center and Offices) such as server, storage, ...
- Manage system devices (physical and virtualization) in Data Center (include: monitoring, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Manage OS systems (Windows Server, Linux, ...) and other software systems at Data Center and customer sites as Backup & Recovery service, Email service, Intranet Portal/Website service, ....
- Incident/Problem/Change/Security/Capacity Management as standard ITSM process.
- Coordinating with Junior System Engineer in monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Diagnosing and resolving system hardware, software, and services issues when they arise.
- Deployment of customers system at the request.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Coordinating with other teams to operate and handle problems of Data Center or customers.
- Support Junior System Engineer and Customer Service Team in operation daily works.
- Onsite support /co-troubleshooting with Customer Service Team at customer site when needed.
- Support Sales Team to consulting for customers about the company's services
- Participate in researching new technology trends, new solutions.

Yêu cầu
1. Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Hard-working and willing to learn, self-study ability.
2. Language: Proficient in read and written technical English.
3. Skill:
- Window Servers, CentOS/Ubuntu/RedHat administration experience.
- Working knowledge of virtualization as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V or equivalent.
- Worked and experience in Database administration, Public Cloud, ... is an advantage.
- Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to sale, inexperienced users.
- Time management skills.
4. Acknowledgments:
- Having certificates in System Administration, Virtualization, ... or equivalent.
- Having Cloud certificate, Database Administration certificate is an advantage.
