Senior System Engineer
・Establishing and documenting technical specifications and system requirements.
・Involved in the resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure problems.
・Work escalated support issues related to Microsoft's core business solutions, WAN/ LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security, and remote access solutions.
・Technical Lead for implementation team that performed installation, configuration and testing.
・Providing technical support and understanding the customer requirements.
Solution Consultant
・Presenting technical information about the company's products and services to customers.
・Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
・Understanding the customer requirements.
・Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures based upon system recommendations.
・Integrating system solutions into the customer's environment.
・Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
・Provides Client with value add future advanced technologies direction, benefits, roadmap, ROI (Return On Investment) literature and detail.
Yêu cầu
- Age: Over 30 year-old
- English: Able to communicate with client on site(explain the problem of network and solution in English)
- Experience: At least 5 year experience as network system engineer
- Experience: Working as network system engineer for clients, not internal system engineer
- Experience: Used to work in Japanese company
