Manage the entire recruitment process from request to hire.
Collaborate with departments to define candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain a candidate database.
Arrange and participate in interviews, advising Hiring Managers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, including minimum 1 year recruiting for positions requiring Japanese language skills.
Good conversational English skills (for meetings with expats, etc.).
Proficient in using digital social networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, other professional platforms) for sourcing and approaching candidates.
Proficient in various interview techniques and assessment methods.
Familiar with social media platforms and common candidate channels.
Capable of building strong networks with Hiring Managers, potential candidates, and industry professionals.
