I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Be in charge of recruitment for Convenience Store (CVS) operations based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests;
Build potential talent pools to adapt the company growth rate;
Plan for both internal and external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA's goal;
Manage and analyze TA's performance and optimize conversion rate to strive for recruitment outcomes;
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current situation and have appropriate solutions;
Design and continuously improve candidate/employee experience from pre-onboarding, onboarding, personalized employee moments and exiting process.
Review, design SOP for TA Team to adapt the recruitment needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
At least 2 years of experience in FnB, CVS and chain store mass recruitment. (Must)
Interviewing skill;
Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning;
Good sense of caring people and company culture;
Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skill;
Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
