Mô tả công việc
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned job, including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding, and recommend innovative idea to attract and retain talent.
Propose and implement effective employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract talent.
Create compelling recruitment marketing content, social media posts, videos, and other materials to promote the employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
Monitor and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of talent acquisition and employer branding.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment experience in a reputable recruitment firm, with a focus on employer branding.
Work-related skills:
Strong knowledge of various talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
Solid understanding of employer branding principles and practices, with a focus on enhancing the organization's employer value proposition.
Familiar with utilizing social media platforms and other digital channels for recruitment marketing and employer branding purposes.
Soft skills:
Advance in English. Especially academic writing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
