Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels and social media platforms.
Communicate with candidates, provide recruitment information, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support Employer Branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, university partnerships, career fairs, and social media activities.
Design basic recruitment materials such as posters, banners, and social media content to support talent attraction efforts.
Track and maintain candidate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recruitment records.
Prepare recruitment reports and support recruitment projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
Passionate about Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or content creation skills are a plus.
