Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE
Support People Team Lead/ Manager in recruiting talented new employees, ensure both quantity and quality of workforce for the Company, developing recruitment selection criteria, and sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with People Team Lead/ Manager to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines.
Actively creating a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, and media channels.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
Handling the recruitment process to hire the best suitable talented employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, interview (junior levels), reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Taking responsibilities for company employer branding for all Channels, Internal and External events.
Updating recruitment trends, channels, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process.
Support in organizing company events and activities to build up the company culture, and connecting people.
Other related tasks assigned by People Team Lead/ Manager

Yêu cầu
From 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role with a background in the IT Industry.
Strong recruiting and networking skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation;
High sense of services, responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having a positive and can-do attitude.
Good analytical skill;
Ability to think out of the box and take initiatives in the tasks assigned;
Desire to work in the Technology industry and dynamic environment with high adaptation level
