Mô tả công việc
Assist in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates.
Support senior team members in managing the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in employer branding initiatives.
Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles, particularly for senior and managerial positions.
Participate in designing and executing selection processes, including interviews and assessment tests.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, proposing enhancements to the recruitment process.
Help resolve challenges in the recruiting workflow.
Contribute to creating and tracking recruitment KPIs.
Participate in organizing CSR activities and initiatives within the company.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Yêu cầu
5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition,
Experience with IT software companies. (At least 1 year)
Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Joboko, Joboko, and other social media channels.
Basic understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, along with good computer proficiency.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, organized, and "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong networking skills and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
Experience with IT software companies. (At least 1 year)
