Growth strategy: Own the in-app growth model across acquisition, activation, cross-sell and retention, and set targets on LTV and payback.
Acquisition acceleration: Run growth experiments and channel tests (out app digital ads, in-app media touch points, OOH & Social Outreach planning) that deliver more qualified users at a sustainable and more effective media cost.
Cross-sell engine: Map in-app touchpoints and design triggered journeys that move users to the right product at the right moment.
Messaging and offers: Turn product benefits into clear messages and incentives, and test them until they convert.
Media and automation: Lead campaign performance and automate bidding, segmentation and re-engagement.
Team and partnerships: cross functional leadership to co-work with Business Unit, Product, Dev, Marketing and Media to drive business performance with growth mindset

Yêu cầu
5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM or user acquisition, including 3+ years in mobile apps, super apps, fintech or e-commerce.
Proven results in new users, activation, cross-sell or LTV, backed by numbers & investment profitability.
Strong grasp of the mobile funnel and how in-app touchpoints drive new users, cross-sell, retention and reactivation.
Hands-on in-app techniques to drive campaign performance (user insights, segmentation, in-app digital signals, in-app touch points and relevant messages).
Plus Points
Hands-on media understanding/buying on Meta, Google, TikTok, CRM.
Experience building marketing or media automation.
Growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, own the outcome (multiplier growth).
