Coordinating across product, engineering, and design to set and track all major deliverables and make the entire organization more effective and data-driven
Owning the entire suite of product timelines ensuring we bring the right things to market in the most efficient timeline
Guiding releases through development, testing, and delivery into our customers hands
Defining telemetry needs in order to measure the success of product changes
Tracking all major deliverables and risks, identifying dependencies to help prioritize and parallelize work, while reporting this information up and out to the broader organization
Identifying blockers early across teams and proactively unblocking projects or deliverables
Working with a team of product managers, designers, and engineers

You have strong project management skills, and have worked with international customers and business partners
You have made tough technical decisions based on requirements, trade-offs, and user experience
You can write detailed functional specifications, translate business requirements into technical direction, and communicate effectively with an engineering team
You know how to make trade-offs between qualitative, quantitative, and absent data
You are comfortable with tons of autonomy
You're OK with traveling domestically and overseas to meet with partners (about 15% travel)
4+ years of industry experience, exceptional command of English and Vietnamese
Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
You are able to learn quickly and get passionate about the underserved and unique needs of public safety
Experience using JIRA
Experience collaborating and working closely with remote and offshore resources

- We are looking for an experienced program manager who has a track record of executing and coordinating complex software deliverables across multiple teams and job roles. Sitting at the middle of product, design, and engineering, you should love to build relationships across a wide variety of personalities, while driving the execution of the product. You will use your technical expertise and detail-oriented mindset to help identify, prioritize, and troubleshoot blockers and cross team dependencies.
