Mô tả công việc
1. Training (70%):
The Senior Training Executive is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs for employees at all levels. They work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop Talent development succession planning program and Languages program. They also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
General Training
- Plan and develop annual training plan that align with SPS global and SPS Vietnam business strategic
- Prepare Training plan by identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Implement training plan effectively
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Make recommendations for improving training programs and delivering training more effectively.
- Manage the training budget and ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Manage and enhance training dashboard.
Workforce development program:
- Plan and build Talent Development program, Succession planning that align the program with the organization's strategic goals.
- Implement, monitor and evaluate about the effectiveness of Talent Development program.
- Coordinate and directly participate in the development of competency frameworks, and career development paths for positions.
Languages training program and others
- Suggest and provide language training program to upgrade language skill for staff.
- Manage and evaluate global language program.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager/CPO.
2. Recruitment (30%):
- Conduct fully life-cycle recruitment process.
- Responsible for interview and selection.
- Build and develop candidate database, functional tools.
- Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time.
- Manage recruitment report.
- Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.

Yêu cầu
*** Education:
College/University graduated or equivalent
*** Technical skills and experience:
Office tools, especially excellent in MS PowerPoint
At least 6 years of work experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in managing Learning & Development program
Solid experience in Talent Development framework, Learning and development program
*** Soft-skills & attitude
Communication & interpersonal skills.
Presentation & training skill.
Time management skill.
